I am an expert in size separation and measurement methods such as asymmetric and centrifugal field flow fractionation size exclusion chromatography (SEC), dynamic light scattering (DLS), multi-angle light scattering (MALS), centrifugal liquid sedimentation (CLS), analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC). I also work on the characterization of the biomolecules immobilized onto the nanoparticules using techniques such as Circular Dichroism (CD), fluorescence (steady state and lifetime) and many other biochemistry techniques.
