There, I led the firm’s compliance program as an SEC-registered investment adviser, served as the primary liaison with regulators, guided SEC examinations and audits, and oversaw Form ADV filings and annual reviews. I worked closely with internal teams and external counsel to develop thoughtful policies, review marketing materials, supervise codes of ethics, and ensure the firm stayed aligned with evolving regulatory standards.Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles in banking operations, overseeing compliance, lending, branch operations, and client service.
