Act as the official liaison between ABSA Safety Code Officer. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Pressure Equipment, Pressure Piping, and Tank Integrity Management.Provide Pressure Equipment Integrity Management Systems (PEIMS) awareness training and communicate requirements to all stakeholders. Assist with the internal and external PEIMS audit and ensure that audit findings and recommendations are communicated to the Facilities, Operations and Maintenance team.Ensure PEIMS related work processes and procedures are developed, implemented, and maintained in accordance with jurisdictional codes and directives.Develop, review, and approve pressure equipment and storage tank repair and alteration procedures. Develop and review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and actively support facility turnaround and outages.Work in conjunction with Operations, Maintenance and Facilities Engineering team to develop inspection strategies, and schedule pressure equipment repairs and alterations.Provide technical support to facilities engineering to ensure quality assurance and quality control of equipment fabricated in shop meets engineering design specification, drawings and applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.Review and manage all non-conformance reports and ensure corrective actions are initiated, Communicate changes in acts, regulations, codes and industry standards and practices related to HSE and regulatory compliance that may affect Vermilion’s PEIMS program.Actively participate in Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP), MOC process, and process safety initiatives and provide guidance to ensure integrity is maintained throughout the lifecycle of pressure equipment and storage tanks.Responsible for auditing on the integrity management programs of non-operated pressure equipment.Participate in due diligence record reviews and provide recommendations related to acquisitions.
