Responsible for oversight of all aspects of the project; lease negotiation, space planning, vendor selection, design process, furniture selection, Audio Visual coordination, internal and external team coordination, management of tenant improvement reimbursement process, financial management including the creation of the project budget and monthly cash flow forecasting - all during the height of the Pandemic. Delivered the project in early 2021 on-time and under budget. Pandemic Response (20••••21): • Safely closed all LendingTree offices in March 2020 due to COVID-19. • Completed office consolidation and closures to support cost savings due to COVID-19. • Member of the Re-Entry team to plan and evaluate procedures for the safe opening of our offices. • Developed Facility guidelines to provide standards related cleaning, social distance, property management communications.
