My career started in high-performance sport. As an alpine ski racer, I competed on the international stage representing Canada — making the Canadian World Junior Team, competing at the World Junior Championships, ranking top junior in Canada, and finishing top-15 on the Nor-Am circuit while training with Canada’s National Development Team.That environment shaped how I think about performance: discipline, systems, execution, and accountability.After retiring from racing, I moved into coaching and leadership in high-performance sport. I became Head of Strength & Conditioning at an elite training centre in Canada, leading a team of 20 coaches and overseeing training programs for more than 500 athletes. The facility grew into a sq. ft. operation generating over $1M annually, serving athletes across multiple levels — including professional hockey players, national team athletes, collegiate competitors, and an Olympic medalist in alpine skiing.That role reinforced something I believe deeply: elite outcomes come from great systems, strong culture, and operational precision.Today I bring that same performance-driven mindset into business. I operate on the builder side — focusing on logistics, operations, and scaling infrastructure behind high-ticket offers. As Business Director for a seven-figure real estate education company, I help architect the systems, teams, and processes that drive growth and execution.Across sport and business, my focus remains the same:Building environments where high performers can execute at the highest level.
