ABOUT ROBIN ARMSTRONG

I am an experienced servant leader who remains forever under construction. I am firm believer in setting goals that are attainable but that also push me and those around me to raise the standard of excellence. Fortunately, I have worked with a few leaders who found success but genuinely remained humble, led by example, maintained sincere relationships, and remained true to themselves. These leaders inspired me to remain in a constant state of improvement, to be humble and genuine in my relationships with others, and to take risks that make sense and allow me to be true to myself and my passion. To help me stay focused, I have set 4 daily goals that allow me to leave the office feeling that I made a real difference: Start a new relationship or nurture an existing one, learn something new about the business, share my knowledge about the business with others, and positively influence process and/or day to day operations. Holding myself accountable to these goals, striving for excellence, and serving others is at the core of all that I do and of who I am. Who are you at your core? What are your daily goals?
