For more than three decades I had the privilege of serving as Managing Director of our family-owned business, Rocket Medical, leading the design, development and manufacture of single-use medical devices supplied to hospitals worldwide. Since 1989, my focus has been on building a culture of innovation, quality and care – creating an environment where people can do their best work and enjoy it along the way.In 2021, we marked a major milestone with the sale of a majority share in Rocket Medical to Röko, a Swedish investment company. This partnership has set the stage for the next exciting phase of Rocket’s journey, building on everything we’ve achieved so far.Today, I serve as Chairman (part-time), supporting and advising our excellent new CEO, Daniel Agustus, as he leads Rocket into the future. My role is to provide guidance where needed while enabling the next generation of leadership to thrive.Looking ahead, I am keen to broaden my contribution as a Non-Executive Director and build a portfolio of board roles.
