Rob provides specialist consultancy in strategy-led, technology-enabled, results-driven business transformation programmes, consistently delivering results in a variety of areas, including leadership, strategy and governance, design of operating models, enterprise infrastructures and applications, transition and cloud technologies.Rob has excelled in all aspects of each and every role he has worked within during his career. Rob’s IT experience spans more than twenty years, multiple industries and a broad range of technology landscapes. Notable experiences while consulting through PwC’s Digital and Technology Transformation team include:• Leading the business and technology design authority for a highly complex £100m tech-enabled public sector transformation programme.• Shaping and directing the transformation of the ICT function at one of the largest UK government departments, supporting the Digital, Data and Technology leadership for over a year.• Defining future operating models, target architectures and roadmaps for local authorities and complex, private-sector enterprises, with a focus on user-centricity, right-sizing governance, minimising risk, building resilience and adopting appropriate disruptive technologies.• Leading a significant technology transition for a major public sector service to a successful conclusion, which involved directing the onboarding and transition of five new technology suppliers, saving £250m over 10 years.• Defining the target architecture blueprint for a pan-government transformation initiative.
