Ive also mentored and trained new employees on effective communication methods for prescription plans with multiple layers of benefits and taught multitasking via side by sides. Recipient of 62 company commendations and hundreds of documented member compliments.Respond to and resolve on the first call customer service inquiries and issues related to pharmacy benefits by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs. This included benefits, eligibility, claims, billing and correspondence. Reached out to appropriate personnel and followed up with member as necessary.
