People will commit their valuable time to what is meaningful. Helping my organization become more meaningful is not always easy in our hyper competitive, splintered society. Our exploding digital/AI world is causing people to seek out what is real, what is authentic.I think people (especially young people) are looking for authentic relationships and truth in a world that is often not real, not accurate and too often fake. Going forward I believe people are looking for experiences (including sacred experiences) that are nothing like the rest of their lives.
