WORK HISTORY
Arb Associate Investigations Panel Member @Architects Registration Board
London, GB
The Architects Registration Board (ARB) is the UK statutory regulator for Architects. Following a complaint about a registered Architect, the Investigations Panel reviews the evidence and forms a view as to whether the matters are sufficiently serious that the architect has a case to answer at the Professional Conduct Committee. This case will either be an allegation of Unacceptable Professional Conduct or Serious Professional Incompetence. Each panel is formed of one architect and two members of the public. Its terms of reference are set by the Architects Act 1997 and the Investigation Rules (2019 or 2022 as required). More information about the role and the statutory regulation of architects can be found here https://arb.org.uk/complaints/arbs-complaint-process/the-investigations-panel/ip-overview/
