About Rob Gussenhoven
I empower innovative disruptors in becoming successful and mindful leaders. As a consultant, the organizations I work with have a positive impact on society and leave a contribution to the evolution of human consciousness. As a PTSD and trauma survivor, my life is dedicated to empowering others in finding resiliency. I dedicate 15% of my available time to serving nonprofit organizations. Since 1995 I have been involved with the start-up and development of more than 40 companies and nonprofits. I served in various leadership positions and oversaw factories and subcontractors in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, South Korea, Pakistan, Holland, Switzerland, Italy and Rumania. Having worked and lived in Europe and Asia I am fluent in 4 languages and a multitude of cultures.
