ABOUT ROB GAWNE
I worked for over 37 years for Lloyds Banking Group in various managerial and Business Development positions in the East Midlands culminating in leading the Business Development activity for the Corporate team, in my final 6 years, specialising in businesses with turnovers from £15m to £500m. During that time I helped grow the Bank\'s share in that marketplace by over 7% and gained a minimum of 70 new relationships, many of whom had been with their previous bank for over 50 years. I developed an extensive list of professional contacts with the majority of accountancy, corporate finance and legal firms in the East Midlands and assisted in profiling and promoting the Corporate Finance activity in the East Midlands.Since retirement I now work on a part time basis, assisting Browne Jacobson Solicitors and Duncan & Toplis Accountants drive forward their business development activity and growth.
