My responsibilities include: • Managing a full trials programme, involving multiple stakeholders across the industry providing assurance that all systems were fully operational with full capability restored prior to returning the vessel to the Fleet.• Managing trials assets and resources, determining programmes for equipment and system regeneration, de-conflicting all ME, WE and Naval Architecture requirements whilst keeping in step with whole ship activities.• Identifying, planning and resourcing the trials requirements for the platform next to undergo refit and the maintenance support capabilities of support staff to regenerate the platform on completion.
