The Frein Lazzara, Ltd. principals have been providing presentational support graphics to the legal, governmental, medical & construction communities on a national level, since 1981. Our success is based on three factors; Settlement, Admissibility & Knowledge. The ability to achieve a settlement prior to the high cost of trial is an important factor in many cases. We learned early in our careers that admissibility is the most important factor of all. We take exhaustive measures to assure that the exhibits produced meet all admissibility guidelines. The key word is corroboration, we make sure we cross our t’s & dot our i’s. We have built an informational data base network of resourses that allow us to obtain everything from aerial photos to building department plan drawings to manufacturers spec sheets in a moments notice. Knowledge arms us with the ever broadening ideas and alternatives which enhance our proven case winning performance. The legal teams that are ready to depict a cases fact(s) clearly obtain fair settlements which net better firm profitability. Our knowledge of job site construction principles, as well as OSHA & DOT construction safety requirements, pave the way for flawless logistics diagrams. This allows our clients the ability to relax & rest assured that we will supply them with exactly what is necessary for the bid, all the while giving them the professional edge that Owners & Communities are looking for. Utilizing all facets of our site plan preparation we have tailored a special series of exhibits designed to aid in a bid process. Many aspects need to be considered when these bid documents are prepared; traffic flow, safe pedestrian easements, general public and worker safety, noise control, emergency vehicle access, parking, on/off site storage, signage, community beautification(during construction), construction vehicle access & limitations, dust control… the list is endless. We have the experience and ability to address all these needs. Specialties: Our staff specializes in the design of trial ready exhibits, 3-D tangible scale models, computer animations and overall presentation support. We respect our clients and understand their need for eleventh hour assistance; we provide and deliver cost-effective, high quality, visual solutions, which make the dramatic difference in the presentation of their evidence.
