Enhanced SSC’s internal and external financial reporting capabilities using Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL to automate and streamline legacy tools and processes across multiple functions such as finance, procurement, human resources, security, and IT, allowing the department to adapt to the increasing reporting needs from Parliament, TBS and SSC Senior Management- Developed and implemented a medallion data architecture and database in Power BI Service, improving transparency, reusability, and control across for master data and finance data, allowing for the development of enterprise solutions and enabling citizen development of data analytics tools- Led multiple cross-disciplinary SSC working groups to develop enterprise solutions for wicked problems such as professional services spending monitoring, master data management, and enterprise reporting solutions, acting as project manager, solutions architect and developer- Engaged in data and innovation governance by creating the Data Sharing Agreement for Finance data at SSC and representing SSC in the TBS Finance Innovation Radar and Innovation Fair- Led the Power BI Community of Practice (500+ members), delivering government-wide training sessions and promoting data literacy across all federal departments.
