DMS started out as a team of GIS professionals and students from TAMUCC and myself. When goal was to create a GIS for a Surveying Company to manage all data and projects. From there it has grown to a full service GIS firm. Water, Waste Water, Energy, and U/G utilities. In Energy, we have done hundreds of thousands of lease maps all over the US as we have survey knowledge embedded in this GIS company.
