Manage a yearly budget of over $360M, yearly capital expenditures of $100M, for a portfolio of approximately 400 locations totaling nearly 10 million sf of both owned and leased properties in 20 countries. The portfolio includes a very diverse list of product types and spaces: office, biomedical research, data centers/critical environments, secured (SCIF), chem/bio labs, research labs, agile software development manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, data centers, land, loans, etc.I am also the CEO of Leidos Realty LLC, which is the real estate investment entity of the enterprise. I lead the acquisition and disposition activity for the enterprise’s real assets. The enterprise owns over 1.1M sf of office, manufacturing and specialty real estate in multiple locations.
