I joined the team at CollateralEdge in the fall of 2022 as Chief Operating Officer and am leading the charge, harnessing our people, resources, commercial lending solutions, and unique fintech platform to drive operational and executional excellence for our bank clients.We are an innovative, collateral solution designed to give community and regional banks a competitive edge in commercial lending. The CollateralEdge solution instantly prices coverage that banks can use to structure commercial loans that expedite credit committee approval and deals that better meet the borrowers’ complete credit needs.The last four years have been spent as a consultant with Park Square Partners, engaged with companies in different growth phases, mainly in the broker-dealer world, with one company in the home décor sector. Before that, I was the President & COO of HilltopSecurities, the largest full-service brokerage firm in the southwestern U.S. where I spearheaded the merger between The FirstSouthwest Company and SWS Group and then the subsequent integration to form the combined company rebranded HilltopSecurities.Prior to moving to Dallas over 12 years ago, I spent nearly 20 years at Piper Sandler in a variety of executive leadership roles, including top-ranked analyst, Head of Investment Research (equity, fixed income and private client), Head of Private Client Services (wealth management division), and Global Head of Equities.I have served on several boards in my career, from broker-dealers in the U.S, Hong Kong, and Europe, to non-profit children’s hospital boards (Dallas Children’s Medical Center and Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, MN), for-profit joint-ventures (Sephora inside JC Penney), and public companies (Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc).Beyond that, I am married to a talented custom jeweler and a girl dad to two great kids, that aren’t really kids anymore and in their 20s.
