I work with leadership teams facing pivotal decisions when complexity rises and the margin for error is small. Across my career, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat. As organizations grow, face capital decisions, shift ownership, or navigate major change, financial pressure increases — but clarity doesn’t always keep pace. Even capable teams can find it difficult to get grounded answers quickly enough to support confident decisions. That is typically when I get involved. I co-founded Drive Management Advisors to help leaders bring structure and judgment to those moments. Our work centers on helping leadership teams answer four core questions: • What viable paths exist — and what risks and trade-offs do they carry?• How should the organization’s story be communicated?• What should leadership focus on next?• What opportunities exist to strengthen operating and financial performance? We link business drivers to liquidity, leverage, capital capacity, and risk so leaders can understand the implications of different paths forward. We help frame decisions clearly for boards, lenders, and stakeholders. And we support disciplined prioritization and operating improvement when everything feels urgent. I operate strictly in an advisory capacity, bringing structure and perspective while management retains ownership of decisions and execution. I work closely with my partner, Eric Landskron, whose operating and information-quality grounding ensures our perspective reflects how the business actually behaves — not just how results are reported. Together, we help leadership teams move from reacting to acting deliberately when the stakes are high.
