About Robert Wesselink
Over the past eight years I have been involved globally in salvage, wreck removal, subsea, offshore wind and O&G decommissioning projects from start to finish, both in Project Controller and Project Manager roles. Next to primary focus on project-based assignments, I have also contributed to the development of the Projects business unit itself, in particular by developing the Project Control and Project Management standards within Ardent and mentoring/coaching my colleagues in the application of procedures, tools and templates. In addition, I frequently assisted the tendering team with the development of commercial proposals, cost and schedule estimates, risk assessments and business case preparation, provided input for O&G decommissioning studies (for Chevron, Shell, Worley and BP) as well as provided support to senior management with the (financial) performance evaluation of running and past projects.
