Tinkerer, hobbyist and fix-it-up-chap, I have spent most of my life working to understand why and how things work as they do and seeking to make improvement upon those discoveries. As a dedicated problem solver, I see the path to success lined with empirical data, insightful analytics and determination. Although the end result is my focus, it is the journey that I find compelling. I also see the same opportunities in people and delight in helping them discover and grow. I am a big believer that we are all capable of more than we know or are today. With inspiration, humor and honest guidance, I have yet to guide someone that hasn’t outgrown the space they used to occupy. When I think of my legacy, I want to be remembered for leaving people and things better than I found them.
