At Daimler Truck, I managed high-volume distribution operations, drove cycle time reductions, and built high-performing teams from the ground up. At Ford Motor Company, I led a union workforce and delivered a 15% productivity increase in 90 days. And as Chief Operations Officer of the YWCA Canton, I brought those same operational instincts to a mission-driven environment, establishing KPI frameworks, directing housing programs with an 85% client placement rate, and strengthening the organization\'s capacity to serve the community it was built for.That last chapter confirmed what I already suspected: my strongest work happens at the intersection of operational excellence and human impact.
