His experience includes successful training and development of claim professionals at all levels, oversight of large-scale events and management of diverse claim departments and personnel. Robert holds an Associate In Claims (AIC) and Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA) and CGA Certified General Adjuster and CFGA Certified Flood General Adjuster designations. Robert is a Life Member and Past-President of NACA National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters. Member of Atlantic Claims Executives Association (ACEA). Responsible for onboarding of new clients and advancing the relationship. Involved in contract and proposal development and negotiations. Successfully acquired new clients and expanded services within existing clients. Implement key elements to the claims management system to facilitate TPA clients. Create and present claims management system demonstrations to existing and new clients. Built and automated monthly and quarterly reports across multiple departments.
