Building on my previous contributions to ParalympicsGB, my expanded role encompasses development and delivery of a new programme management framework to support implementation of the Championing Change strategy. I have also taken on oversight of our corporate services functions, including HR, Insurance and Office Management, as well as leading UKHQ and Games-time reporting and incident management during the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Paralympics.
