Responsible for overseeing the planning, design, implementation, and operation of building management systems. I coordinate with various clients, including building owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that the BMS meets the project\'s specifications, budget, and timeline.My duties include creating project schedules/programs, budgeting and baseline deliveries, risk management, scope management, resource management, and quality management. I oversee the BMS installation, testing, and commissioning and ensure that it meets the project\'s requirements. This can include integration with other building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, security, and fire safety.I ensure projects are handed over, witnessed and signed. O&M’s are completed and all documentation is corrected and updated to as installed, to hand to the end user.

My career journey began in the railway industry, where I gained valuable experience in both mechanical and electrical biases while working for Network Rail\'s \'Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme\' and as a Technical Officer.As a supervisor in construction, I learned key aspects of managing costs, work production, and workmanship quality, while also prioritizing strong relationships with clients and team members. However, my passion for pursuing a more challenging and electrical-biased role never waned, and I transitioned to the HVAC and electrical industry over nine years ago.I have since found tremendous fulfilment installing all types of BMS systems and overseeing the safety, correct installation, testing, and putting my name to a project. My goal is to continue growing my knowledge and involvement within the managing of building management systems and electrical projects.Overall, I am a dedicated and professional individual who is always eager to learn and push myself both mentally and physically.
