   Intelliversity is the not-for-profit \"Innovation Accelerator for the Real World.\" As such, we serve startups, scale-ups and non-profits to prosper in the rough-and-tumble real world. In this capacity, we assist founders (aka Vision Masters) to deal with real-world issues, with an emphasis on finance. We apply the \"science of funding\" to accelerate raising capital. We also advise on other \"real world\" aspects of finance including investor relations, acquisitions, debt, insurance, corporate governance, cash management and risk mitigation, often employing unconventional tactics that work. All members of the Intelliversity team are both investors and long-time entrepreneurs, bringing experience from both sides of the funding table. The \"science of funding\" levels the playing field when dealing with investors. It assumes that investors really invest in the people (i.e. CEO and founding team) more than the product. The \"science of funding\" was developed through collaboration with VC\'s, investment bankers, and investors willing to admit the truth about what motivates their decisions. Intelliversity teaches all three major asset classes, including debt, equity and \"Revenue Royalties.\"​ We also also assist with JOBS Act funding strategies: Reg. A+ offerings, crowdfunding and 506(c) offerings. Intelliversity also teaches strategies to rapidly increase revenue growth and valuation for scale-ups. We discovered a high correlation between rapid growth and diversity on the leadership team of companies. To this end, Intelliversity implements the recommendations of Harvard professor Noam Wasserman author of The Founder\'s Dilemmas. Intelliversity was co-founded by Mr. Robert Steven Kramarz, still known as \"Mr. Funding.\" He says,\"If you do what most people do when raising capital, you\'ll get the same result that most people get, which is bupkis. You have to act unconventionally to win.\"
