Translational medicine project leadership: Aligned to the DNA repair and tumour drivers portfolio. Led development and delivery of targeted therapy resistance biomarker strategy. Cross-functional working with lab and bioinformatic teams to generate multiomic tissue biomarker analyses to define landscape of resistance mechanisms, with focus on ovarian cancer (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, functional IF/IHC assays)- Cross-functional working with clinical teams, global project teams, tumour strategy groups, as well as external KEEs and alliances, to (1) Support clinical development and prospective patient selection for ph1/2 studies;(2) Deliver retrospective analyses to characterise early disease prognostic features to define unmet need patient segments for future trials- Pitched internal project proposals to tumour strategy governance, successfully securing budget in internal innovation funding rounds to enable novel genomic biomarker capability build and characterisation of biomarker signatures in patient cohorts- External advisor for academic prostate cancer collaboration and mentor to AZ-funded students. Advanced publication strategy and delivery of two peer-reviewed publications-> Prostate WOO study translational biomarker analysis: academic.oup.com/narcancer/article/7/4/zcaf035/82•••25-> PARP+ARPi preclinical MoA: aacrjournals.org/clincancerres/article/31/12/2347/762787- Close collaboration with data science colleagues, leading the definition of biological questions and shaping data analysis strategies; Complemented biomarker analytical work packages by delivery of R/RStudio analyses of omic datasets and generation of publication-grade visualisations to extract meaningful insights to inform drug programme strategies- Founder and co-lead of \"ONCORE network\"- an internal forum dedicated to knowledge-sharing initiatives related to emerging innovations in cancer research.
