   I perform complex electrical engineering design, analysis and development of an assigned scope of work in a MDR projects and specific complex deliverables such as power generation systems, substations, process units, power distribution systems, electric drive systems, protection and lightning and grounding systems. I perform engineering studies, conceptual studies, cost and planning studies, layouts optimization, power calculations, specification development, and electrical one-line diagrams development. I communicate complex technical solutions and concepts to other engineers and non-engineers. I assist with training other engineers by providing instruction on new technologies and a specialization. I support the development of new technologies and methods. I perform in the highest level engineer position and provide technical expertise. I maintain and promote a focus on MDR\'s end product whether engineering, fabrication or construction, and I ensure effective communication among other engineering disciplines. I ensure effective management of change and assume responsibility for cost, schedule, quantity, and budget control.In addition, I am SME (Subject Matter Expertise) for MDR in the area of rotating equipment, power electronics, power equipment, protection, and power calculations.
