ABOUT ROBERT SPARKS

Robert is a UK immigration specialist who has, since the UK’s referendum decision to leave European Union, been advising his European clients, their family members and employers on the post Brexit landscape and how it affects them. As a specialist immigration lawyer Robert can provide advice to high net worth individuals and those seeking to settle, study or visit the UK. Robert also provides immigration services to corporate clients, including financial institutions, multinational companies and other law firms. Robert is an experienced advocate and regularly appears before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber. Robert has been providing immigration advice since He is able to advise on all aspects of UK Immigration and Nationality law. He was one of the first practitioners to challenge decisions under the Points Based System and has a detailed understanding of its operation and how it affects his clients. Robert works with High Net Worth individuals and their families. Robert has a specialist interest in partnership work and has for many years provided advice to spouses, civil partners, fiancé(e)s and unmarried partners. Robert has been instructed by several London Boroughs and other local authorities to provide advice in relation to children and vulnerable adults who have, often complex, immigration issues. He has been asked by the High Court to prepare advices in family proceedings where there are ancillary immigration considerations. Robert has for many years advised European nationals and their families on their settlement and employment rights.
