More than twenty years of experience in the Training and Development arena, utilizing adult learning theory, tools, and techniques, leading Customer Service, Direct Sales, and Technical Support Training teams. Executed as an Instructional Designer for more than two and one-half years for two very different organizations. Facilitated as an in-person classroom Trainer for more than six years, utilizing both lecture-based and blended learning environments (lecture and computer/learning management system training). Mentored, monitored, and motivated as a Regional or Site-specific Training Manager, for almost nine and one-half years, for Customer Service, Financial, Legal, and Sales environments – while adhering to strict federal and state regulations. Directed, delegated, collaborated, and coordinated the instructional design and training efforts as an Assistant Director of Learning and Development for more than two and one-half years. Aligned and consolidated efforts for multiple locations in multiple states, for multiple brands. Cultivated a partnership with the Quality Assurance team to reconcile the Compliance and Quality Guidelines to preclude federal and state regulatory violations.
