As a Product Specialist, I am responsible for developing investment narratives, marketing materials, and strategic plans for our products across U.S. Retail, U.S. Institutional, and International channels.My primary responsibilities include:1. Developing Strategic Product Plans: Collaborating with professionals across marketing leadership, investments, and other key stakeholders to develop strategic plans for how we will scale, grow, and/or defend the products within our Innovation Growth, Value, and Global/International Equity capabilities.2. Developing Effective Product Applications: Drawing upon capital markets knowledge and experience to develop clear application narratives that help our clients understand how to implement our products into their investment portfolios. Training our Sales Force: Training our sales professionals across the U.S. Retail, Institutional, and International markets on our product message and materials, and how we will win in each market. Engaging with Markets: Participate in client and prospect meetings, engage with sales leaders, and develop competitive analytics in an effort to create a constant feedback loop to ensure the effectiveness of our message, narratives, and applications.
