I am a broadly skilled technical leader with over 25 years of IT Architecture and Software Engineering experience in the insurance, financial services, and investment management industries.Since August 2021, I have been a Chief Architect who is building and leading a team of senior level solution architects and engineers in support of the North America Personal Risk Services division of Chubb Limited. We are delivering solutions for ~100 projects each year, while simultaneously transforming the architecture of this division, which has ~$7B in annual premium and is the pre-eminent high net worth personal insurance brand in America.My skills run the architectural gamut. I\'m experienced developing POCs using new technologies, leading a team of engineers, white-boarding solutions, defining architectural road maps, enforcing governance, executive presentations and everything in-between.I have architected and built full insurance platforms from the ground up to support green field implementations, and I have also transformed legacy platforms. I have extensive experience with policy administration systems, web portals, APIs, microservices, digital enablement, the Azure cloud platform and advanced analytics.I am interested in legacy modernization, IoT and cloud-native application design and development.15 years of Application Solution Architecture experience across all lines of P&C insurance.
