I have served as an executive, board member and advisor to companies in diverse business sectors including energy & power, oilfield services, commodity trading, midstream, industrial construction, financial services; real estate; and technology. In addition to the positions listed below, I have earlier career experience working as a Wall Street investment banker with the Energy & Natural Resources Group at Lehman Brothers; as a business transactions attorney with the Houston law firm of Vinson & Elkins; and as a commercial banker with the International Division of Chemical Bank in New York (a predecessor of JPMorgan Chase). In my various roles as an investment banker, principal investor, legal counsel, chief financial officer; and business executive, I have been involved in the successful completion of more than $3 billion in corporate finance transactions and more than $2-1/2 billion in public and private M&A transactions.
