Serve as the primary point of contact for two production shifts (Day and Swing), managing all daily contractor needs.Track and address contractor issues including absences, tardiness, and performance concerns; communicate updates to Leads, Supervisors, and Managers as needed.Maintain accurate attendance records using internal alert systems and Timerack.Train new contractors on fingerprinting procedures and proper timeclock use.Manage and update critical operational trackers daily, including Master Tracker, POB Tracker, and Starts Tracker.Investigate and document timecard discrepancies, collaborating with employees and supervisors to ensure accurate payroll.Partner with HR to support terminations, resignations, and performance-related actions.Coordinate all New Employee Orientations (NEO), including scheduling, email communication, and cross-functional coordination with Training, Operations, and HR teams.Log and tag contractor records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Forecast headcount needs and maintain accurate projections for upcoming starts.Facilitate job fairs, including document preparation, live tester tracking, and compliance paperwork audits; upload finalized documentation to SharePoint.Send weekly reports to HR and Training teams, including resumes and attendee information within required timelines.Perform daily timecard audits and corrections; ensure 100% punch accuracy in Timerack.Collaborate with internal departments such as Payroll, Customer Service, and Onboarding to ensure smooth operations.Deliver coaching and document feedback for contractors when necessary.Escalate potential HR-related issues to the internal HR team for resolution.Provide daily end-of-day recap emails to the Director of Accounts summarizing shift activity and outcomes.
