I build businesses, teams and marketing engines that scale - and I\'ve helped two reach exits. I co-founded Go Capture in Shanghai, grew it from zero with an amazing team, and sold it to Deloitte in 2019. I also spent three years with a leading digital, CRM, and loyalty team that was later acquired by a global bank.That’s one exit as a founder and another as a consultant - and plenty of failures. Both taught me the same lesson: marketing isn’t about spending budgets; it’s about creating value someone is willing to pay to own. Now I bring that builder mentality to web3. At BitMart, I help lead global marketing serving 12M+ users across 180+ countries. Before that, I was CMO and co-founder at Tap Fantasy, where I built a 14-person team and led marketing for a $4.5M raise backed by NGC Ventures, LD Capital, and 15+ co-investors. I also served as full-time and fractional CMO roles for several high-profile web3 infrastructure, gaming, and prediction market projects.What I do differently: I treat marketing as a growth lever, not a cost center.
