In my role as Production Manager, I am responsible for managing the animation team to delivering videos on time, on budget, and to specification. I would help to communicate the Design vision to the animation team, manage the insource/outsource requirements of all projects. I would communicate daily with the Creative Director, Animation Leads, and Project Management to ensure that briefs are produced, feedback is given, and all aspects of video production are tracked and delivered. I was also required to be a facilitator and provide mitigations to any problems that arise between schedule and quality.
