ABOUT ROBERTO DE SILVA

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, I leverage my MBA from MIT Sloan and my engineering background to deliver strategic and operational solutions for clients in the financial services industry. I have over six years of experience in management consulting, project engineering, and business strategy, with a focus on risk and compliance, data management, and client experience. I am passionate about solving complex problems, creating value, and driving innovation. Some of my recent achievements include partnering with C-suite executives to develop a plan and narratives for two of the largest and most expansive consent orders ever issued, co-leading a Q&A effort that resulted in early non-objection from regulatory agencies, and developing executive forum materials and workshops to define success metrics and identify interdependencies across multiple workstreams. I also co-led and published a key strategic initiative that created a central repository of artifacts for core banking transformation engagements, and led a team of six consultants in assessing a Miami incubator\'s growth strategy. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, learning new skills, and exploring new opportunities.
