ABOUT ROBERTO MAGGIONCALDA SACERDOTE

I am a senior manager with consolidated experience in the technology area. I have served clients belonging to various industries, helping them to transform their IT. I have managed the set-up of IT services divisions, managed P/L statements, created and managed professional teams, with operational responsibility in Sales and Delivery, mainly gained in a leading Consulting Firm (Accenture), in a System Integrator company (Unisys), and in an IT Product Vendor company (EMC). In my professional life, I have had the opportunity to manage big programs and countless projects. I have been pivotal in the creation and management of IT Consulting Divisions, IT Portfolios, Sales and Delivery teams, up to $55M revenue per year, and up to 250 professionals reporting to me, at a national and international level. My experience spans various IT areas, such as the application life cycle, data management, data warehouse, migration to the cloud, IT infrastructure transformation, IT organization. I led the research, hiring, and onboarding teams of high-quality technical consultants. Thanks to my solid and structured approach, I have helped several clients in the definition and implementation of journeys and programs. I usually interact with clients and business partners at the executive level. I have contributed to the application and improvement of program and project management methodologies. I have a proven track record in working in an international context, in matrix organizations, managing international and culturally diverse teams.
