I have wide experience in telecomunication market. I am currently CTO at Stendhapp and at the same time I design Photovoltaic Power Plants for business customers and I have a certification as Energy Management Expert (ACCREDIA), helping industrial company in saving energy. Stendhapp is a solid company that delivers a mobile application able to locate you in the territory and to present cutural heritage and point-of-interests around you. My role consists in managing and delivering reliable and affordable services towards users. Application is completely free for users.I have been also covering all pre-sales activities in a testing and protocol analyzer manufacturer company where I have been also responsible of product and architecture definition in all system integration projects: starting from customer requirements to system architectures. As Project Manager I have been taken the resposibility of product deployment in telecom networks where service affecting risks have been taken into account. Concerning post-sales activities I have been also involved in definition of service level agreement (SLA) in general customer support services: as help-desk, emergency and fault management.Generally, my experience covers all telecom technology: from mobilem network: GSM to LTE, to fixed xDSL lines; and all customer process: from product definition by collecting requirements to deployment, support and professional services.
