Responsible to manage and drive the Business Operations of ACPPL, in the UK and Europe, and to improve the company product portfolio, regarding structural metal assemblies for Automotive Seating applications.Main areas of focus, under my direct responsibility:1) Program Management: program lifecycle responsibility for all the UK and EU business - Customer Facing - Stakeholders management - Customer meetings and travelling to Customer\'s offices for regular appointments related to programme/project development.2) Engineering: Lead Engineering meeting s with Customers - full ownership on the Engineering programme development cycle (milestones and gateways management)- Lead D-FMEA activities Vs Customer requirements - Lead DVP & R and PV testing phases Vs Customer milestones and sign-off\'s.3) Supply Chain (suppliers management, plans for delivery goods at the customer, based on EDIs and the current logistic chain) and Commercial (support new business acquisition through RFI/RFQ process, acting as internal stakeholder to the Team in India and as main interface to the OEM).4) Quality Manage Customers\' Quality concerns through the internal company processes (A3 - 8D, Fishbones analysis etc.) to ensure parts quality compliance.5) Commercial: support to new programs acquisition through RFI/RFQ process, acting as internal stakeholder to the functions involved in the process and to the Customer for the final discussions, towards the final nomination.6) Testing/Validation: direct responsibility in delivering Customer specifications and requirements compliance, through virtual and physical validation, either at component and at system level. Responsible to overview the development and discussion with OEMs’, of the Design validation plan, and approve it. Responsible to drive to resolution any issues may arise during the validation phase. Direct support to the Manufacturing team, during the development of the Process FMEA, the Control Plan and the Process Flow Chart.
