About Roberto Perez
I am an IT professional with extensive experience troubleshooting and configuring desktops, laptops as well as Android and Apple mobile devices. During my experience working with NYU Langone Health, I have also gained exposure with various clinical devices such as Neuron Capsules, wireless EKG machines, WOW\\Medication carts, and hospitality\\patient TV devices and infrastructure Obix Fetal monitors and nurse-call alarm systems. I am very familiar with typical operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 10, various MAC OS, as well as iOS and Android mobile device operating systems as well. Throughout my career I have worked with primarily in the Medical IT field with NYU Langone Health both as a contracted technician and as a full time employee. Through my experience with NYU Langone-Brooklyn I have worked with and learned form various tier 3 teams ranging from network services, Citrix environments for virtualization, and the Epic healthcare integration systems and configurations. My Experience with Epic software ranges from the Haiku and Rover mobile applications, and the main Epic production configuration used by the majority of our clinical staff. I am currently in the process of learning Linux, Microsoft Azure, and AWS. I have performed many hardware installations along various platforms such as Dell, HP, and Apple. have a passion for technology, and I love how the industry is forever advancing.
