Under this role I am responsible to ensure adherence to the company\'s standard operational procedures by all countries worldwide as well as to validate and decide on business requirements raised by our countries and regions. These can be system-driven or process related changes. It is also under my responsibility to drive certain projects aiming at improving operational productivity, customer visibility and driving internal metrics. I also manage projects around digitalization, more specifically for airline eBooking and carrier messaging. Lastly, I am also responsible for the overall advanced manifest topics within airfreight operations.
