Key responsibilities - Provide shop floor drawings and specifications based on customer requirements- Create, update, and maintain part process drawings, BOMs, and inspection reports- Conduct prototyping, testing, and documentation of findings to ensure product performance and reliability- Create engineering change notices (ECNs) and document change requests (DCRs) to facilitate continuous improvement and quality control processes- Maintain part process drawings, BOMs, and inspection reports using ERP systems- Develop and maintain work instructions and owners\' manuals, ensuring compliance with industry standards- Review and address nonconformances, provide technical expertise and assistance in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address quality issues and enhance product reliability- Provide support to purchasing and production departments to resolve technical issues and optimize processes- Work with shop floor personnel to facilitate efficient production- Maintain production records in ERP software- Design tools/fixtures to facilitate fabrication and ensure quality of production parts- Inspection of machined parts ( Quality Control)- FMEA- Responsible for Quarantine area - Manage and calculate scrap material costs- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and special projects
