During my tenure at DoveConviene from 2014 to 2019, I progressed through various roles within the Android Team. Starting as a software developer, I grew into the Lead Developer and Team Leader position for the Android Team. I led the team in developing new features and was pivotal in the architectural decisions for DoveConviene\'s flagship application, serving millions of monthly users.Under my leadership, the team achieved significant milestones on the Google Play Store, earning accolades such as the \'Top Developer\' badge. This experience allowed us to drive innovation and enhance user experiences through our applications.My journey continued in 2019 when I transitioned to Inpeco, a pioneering company offering the world\'s first solutions for complete traceability of histological samples. At Inpeco, I\'ve been instrumental in driving innovative approaches for direct control of automated processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our solutions.While initially focusing on backend development, my role swiftly evolved to team leadership. As a team leader at Inpeco, I oversee process management, team training, career development, and the implementation of key procedures.My commitment to continuous professional growth remains unwavering. I dedicate time to studying and learning from books such as \'Turn the Ship Around,\'\'Radical Candor,\' and \'Team Topologies\' to refine my management and leadership skills.I\'m passionate about leveraging my diverse experience, including my progression at DoveConviene and my role at Inpeco, to contribute to ambitious projects and drive innovative solutions in the technology landscape
