ABOUT ROBERTO PISCO

Always looking for challenging objectives and new learning contexts I\'ve been developing my professional attitude working proactively, mainly ispired by continuos improvements and operational excellence concepts. Over the last 13 past years in the renewable Energy fields, I\'ve fostered a DMAIC approach and the usage of business intelligence tools, learning and knowing how much figures are crucial for decision making processes Cost Analysis, Gap Analysis,Performance, Project and Risk management, together with all the lean six sigma methodologies and tools led me, as certified Lean Six Sigma green belt, to implement and modify several process aimed to improve efficiency and effectiveness also by taking part and leading several national and International business improvement projects. As BA I held several performance meetings with middle and top management. What I\'ve learned from the very beninning Is that people are the Key for company success, nothing else.That\'s why, from my prospective, hard skills are not so important as soft ones are. Respect, cooperation, listening, kindness, think outside your box or department instead, should be your best \"tool\" to successfully accomplish any target or task.Once promoted as head of service department/operation manager, I had the opportunity to exploit my BA background, and improve management soft skills working on 1GW of service contracts which I have to handle in order to improve their profitability, increase customer satisfaction paying an highest attention to safety matters. And now? Let\'s see what\'s the next challenge.
