Active member of multiple capital projects Integrated Project Teams (IPT) with senior VA staff to reach the medical facilities strategic infrastructure goals by managing and synchronizing multiple construction and non-recuring maintenance projects. Implements lean strategies to improve administrative process by incorporating automated information systems functions to assist in analytical data process. Products helped influence decision making for senior VA leadership in the implementation of capital projects and VISN level operations improvements. Provides effective leadership in ensuring the development and successful execution of a resource management plan that integrates budget, human resources, capital expenditures and execution of specific appropriated and special funding in a timely manner.
