As a Branch Manager I\'m responsible for all of the functions of a branch office, like hiring employees, approving loans and lines of credit in agreement with the Company, marketing the branch, building a rapport with the community in order to attract business and assisting customers with account problems. i\'m also responsible for making sure that the branch\'s goals and objectives are met in a timely fashion.From September 2006 to April 2014 I was responsable for Bologna office too, covering areas like Emilia Romagna,Tuscany and Marche.I think to have also strong sales, people-management and customer-service skills, because my main responsibilities include developing and maintaining a good relationship with customers and employees. I pay attention to detail, prioritiies, multitasking and analytical activities.
