ABOUT ROBERTO MEDRANO

As a former Navy and Marine Corps Hospital Corpsman (medic) and senior leader, I have over 15+ years of experience in Safety Management, Operations Management, Project Management and Process Improvement. I also have a vast experience in managing single or multiple sites and establishing and maintaining performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes. I am an strategic thinker, strong leader and relationship builder; proficient at leading teams of 15+ in a dynamic, fast - paced environment. I possess a comprehensive background in performing job site safety audits, job hazard analysis, conducting safety trainings, participating in incident investigations, and effectively communicating safety-related information throughout the organization. Taking an oath to serve as a military leader, the Navy has awarded me an understanding of developing, mentoring and training subordinates and helping other leaders while accepting responsibility of their welfare and safety. Committed, responsible and trustworthy, with the ability to work well under pressure. Reputation for always remaining calm, courteous and polite while being assertive in dealing with difficult situations without direct authority. My pursuit for a Bachelors in Safety and Occupational Health, along with diverse experience in regulated environments helps me connect with others in an authentic powerful way. In March of 2022, I honorably separated from the United States Navy.
