Roberto is the head of \"Portfolio and Process Risks\" in the Leonardo \"Risk Management\" Corporate department.He has been working in the field of Project Management since 2003, managing complex national and international Integrated Logistic Support projects, as well as Company internal change projects. He has been also Project Risk Manager and head of Risk Analysis and Reporting in Selex-SI. Afterwards he has been the coordinator of PMO processes in CISDEG for naval programmes and, from 2012 to 2015, he has been Line of Business Finance Controller and Engineering Finance Controller in Selex ES.Roberto has a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management (2002) and a Master in General Management (BeST, 2008). He has been certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B®). He attended the \"Finmeccanica Change\" Programme held in 2013 at INSEAD Business School, the \"Mediterranean Leadership Journey\" held in 2018 at Ortygia Business School, the \"UP Executive Education\" Programme held in 2021 at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
